The 1/12 model of the AV design for a pressurized Mars Rover “MarsCruiserOne” will be shown at the International Paris Air Show, Le Bourget.
The Munich company EOS – the world leading manufacturer of laser-sintering systems – will present the “MarsCruiserOne” design on their stand as an example of the their laser sintering technology. AV has been using the Selective Laser Sintering technology for their models from the beginning and is developing their fast prototyping expertise for design development and exhibtion models.
Laser-sintering is the key technology for e-Manufacturing, the fast, flexible and cost-effective production of products, patterns or tools. The technology accelerates product development and optimizes production processes.
