Architecture and Vision completes the assembly of the sculpture ‘LaFenice’ under the interested eyes of Messina citizens. The stainless steel sculpture has been installed on Piazza della Memoria. Although still wrapped in protective material, the spirit of the sculpture reflecting the passing lights of the site in its geometrical shape can already be sensed, activating the formerly empty space.

At night the interactive illumination system adds a further modern metropolitan element to the square, attracting people.

The structure rises over four metres above the ground.

‘LaFenice’ will be officially inaugurated in near future. Date to be announced here.

Time: March 28 – 29, 2011
Location: Piazza della Memoria, Messina
