EXHIBITIONS
AV’s work has been exhibited internationally, projects scale models and prototypes have been acquired for the permanent collections of renown museums such as The Museum of Modern Art of New York, the Museum of Science and Industry of Chicago, the Cité de l’Espace of Toulouse, France.
The traveling exhibition, AV’s ‘From Pyramids to Spacecraft’ has been first shown in the Italian Cultural Institute in Chicago in March 2009, where it was opened by Paolo Antonelli, senior curator of the Museum of Modern Art, New York. Since the exhibition has been touring internationally on four contents.
‘From Pyramids to Spacecraft’ gives an insight into the work of Architecture and Vision, showing images, texts, models and multimedia presentations. It continues to travel around the globe offering people the chance to have a close look at the projects.
AV MONOGRAPHY
The book ‘From Pyramids to Spacecraft’ presents a selection of Architecture and Vision’s projects and the company vision based on a new harmony between human, nature and modern technology. It explores new solutions with current technology, integrates new structures into the flow of resources and thus giving shape to things to come. The book contains a foreword by Paola Antonelli, Senior Curator of Architecture and Design at The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York and essays by leading experts from various fields.

AV’s Director Arturo Vittori is contributing on various scientific conferences and lectures at universities, institutions and private companies all over the world. The lectures address different topics as aerospace design, extreme environment architecture, biomimicry, technology transfer, interactive design and computer technologies, advanced environmental design and how architecture can contribute to a positive future of the planet. TEACHING
AV is regularly invited to teach internationally from lectures and workshops to full accademie semesters, to Architecture and Industrial Design departments. The teaching approach is very practical as in a real design studio with weekly design progress and student reviews. Working with modern medias, interactive devices, 3D design and prototyping technologies as well as with many models and graphic presentations, students learn how to develop advanced design concepts, based on research and modern technology to a level of professional design presentation.

Architecture and Vision is offering the opportunity for summer schools in the wonderful Italian hill town of Bomarzo. Directly or in collaboration with international schools students can work on specific topics ranging from conceptual design to prototype construction. Day excursions to Rome and Florence are easily possible
