Architecture and Vision will be conducting an intensive workshop at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in Lebanon during which the experimental water harvesting project WarkaWater will evolve to the next design phase. New technologies and improvements will be implemented in the new version with the support of the USEK from the architectural and engineering departments and its faculty members.

The new project which will be called WarkaWater2.0, will be improved in the areas of construction, assembly, packaging, and transportation. Further intensive research will be conducted for the water collection system and material. Moreover, climate and environmental monitoring systems will be used to gather information and understanding of optimal geographical and weather conditions needed for Warka to function effectively. The new Warka will also have a new look.
