002 Bio Tower One
‘Bio TowerOne’ is an ecological skyscraper designed as a micro-district to accommodate various activities like living space, office space and commercial ventures. 360m high, the building’s aerodynamic shape takes advantage of solar energy and natural ventilation for optimal climate control. Five ‘packets’ are hung down from the main tri-pod structure, leaving open spaces between them. These public spaces contain sky-gardens. Elevated above the ground, the space below creates a sheltered public area that integrates the surrounding urban context.

'Bio Tower One' è un grattacielo ecologico, concepito come un micro-quartiere destinato a ospitare attività diverse, sia residenziali sia lavorative e commerciali. Alto 360 m, l’edificio sfrutta l’energia solare e la ventilazione naturale per un migliore controllo termico. Sollevato dal suolo, genera nello spazio sottostante una piazza pubblica a gradoni, un luogo di incontro protetto che si connette con l’ambiente cittadino.

'Bio Tower One' est un gratte-ciel zéro énergie conçu comme un micro-quartier destiné à accueillir différentes activités : des espaces de vie, de bureau, ainsi que des commerces. L’édifice profite de l’énergie solaire et de la ventilation naturelle d’où un meilleur contrôle thermique. L’espace généré en dessous de ses 360 m. de hauteur créé une aire publique en gradin protégée qui le relie avec l’environnement urbain alentour.
