040 Air Park
‘Air Park’ proposes a new vision for the airport, an architectural typology that best represents contemporary society – mobile, connected, multicultural. The project satisfies safety requirements while responding to travelers’ experience. Inspired by the sinuous shape of a bird’s wing, the building’s compact size and efficient layout allows travelers to navigate the terminal easily with minimum signage.
Conceived as a model for airports of the future, ‘Air Park’ is open to the airfield as well as the region’s landscape. Floor-to-ceiling glass and round scuttles in the ceiling allow natural light to fill the space during the day, and make the terminal a distinctive, luminous presence at night.

Fra i progetti di ricerca di AV, 'Air Park' propone una nuova visione per l’aeroporto, la tipologia architettonica che meglio rappresenta la società contemporanea – mobile, connessa, multiculturale. Pensato principalmente come aeroporto regionale, oltre ad assolvere i requisiti necessari in termini di sicurezza, è studiato per conferire centralità all’esperienza del viaggiatore. Ispirandosi alla linea sinuosa dell’ala di un uccello, la struttura compatta permette di ridurre i percorsi interni, consentendo di seguire itinerari semplici, correttamente segnalati. Modello per gli aeroporti del futuro, “Air Park” è aperto non solo verso il piazzale degli aerei ma verso il paesaggio. Le ampie superfici vetrate e le aperture nel tetto permettono di utilizzare la luce naturale, trasformando inoltre il terminal in una presenza luminosa discreta ma suggestiva durante la notte.

Parmi les projets de recherche d’AV, 'Air Park' propose une nouvelle vision pour les aéroports, un bâtiment représentant au mieux la société contemporaine : mobile, connectée, multiculturelle. Conçu pour un aéroport régional, le projet satisfait non seulement les exigences de sécurité mais est également étudié autour de l’expérience du voyageur. Ses lignes sinueuses reprennent la forme d’aile d’oiseau. Par ailleurs l’aspect compact du bâtiment permet de réduire les distances à parcourir et de trouver son trajet grâce une signalisation simple. Modèle pour les aéroports du futur, “Air Park” est ouvert non seulement vers le tarmac mais aussi vers le paysage alentour. Les vastes surfaces vitrées ainsi que les ouvertures rondes de la toiture permettent d’utiliser la lumière naturelle, faisant du terminal une présence lumineuse discrète mais suggestive pendant la nuit.

يقدم مطار ‘موقف الهواء’ رؤية جديدة للمطارات، فهو أحد الرموز المعمارية التي تعبر جيدًا عن المجتمع المعاصر؛ فهو متحرك، ومتصل، ومتعدد الثقافات. والمشروع يلبي مستويات السلامة المطلوبة ويتلاءم مع خبرات المسافرين. وحيث إنه مستوحى من الشكل المتموج لجناح الطائر، تسمح المساحة المدمجة للمبنى وتصميمه المتميز للمسافر بالتنقل في المحطة بسهولة وباستخدام أقل عدد ممكن من اللافتات الموجِهة. ولكونه تصور لشكل المطارات في المستقبل، فإن مطار ‘موقف الهواء’ يطل على المهبط والمناظر الطبيعية في المنطقة أيضًا. ويسمح الزجاج الممتد من الأرضية إلى السقف والسطول المستديرة في السقف للضوء الطبيعي أن يملأ المكان نهارًا، ويجعل صالاته مميزة ومضيئة ليلاً أيضًا.
